18-year-old shot, killed at Tucker gas station

Witnesses told investigators that two men pulled up to the station in a black BMW with red temporary tags and chased Moment down, then shot him in the grassy area, a DeKalb police report said. The witnesses said the suspects sped away heading south toward Brockett Road.

On Tuesday, investigators obtained an arrest warrant for a suspect on a charge of murder. Police are not releasing the suspect’s name, citing the ongoing investigation, according to spokesperson Officer Elise Wells.
